Valentine Event on February 10
There will be a catered Italian Dinner, Valentine Bingo with Prices, and a Concert with Barefoot McCoy on February 10 beginning at 6pm. The cost is $25 per person. Prepaid reservations required. RSVP by February 4 to Janet Goodman. Make checks payable to WISH. For those wishing only to attend the concert, a free will donation will be accepted at the door. Ash Wednesday Services February 14
Ash Wednesday will be February 14 at 5pm. It will be a brief 30 minute service at Highwater Church.
Lenten Bible Study meets on Thursdays at 11am
A Lenten Bible study has started and it’s not to late to join. They are meeting on Thursdays, February 22 through March 21, at 11am in the Church Library. The book is “Entering the Passion of Jesus” by Amy Jo Levine. Contact Pastor Gladys for more information.
Licking County Trustees Luncheon is January 20

Christmas Eve worship services
Highwater Church will have three worship services on December 24, the 4th Sunday of Advent. Please mark your calendars for 10:30am; 5:00pm, and 11:00pm. The Candle Light services will be in the evening.
Blue Christmas service December 20
There will be a Blue Christmas service at 7pm on December 20 at the 2nd Presbyterian Church (42 East Church Street, Newark). This ecumenical service is sponsored by the Newark Area Ministerial Assocition is a time for those struggling to find joy in the holiday season, a space to grieve losses, and a service of rest for the weary soul. All are welcome to seek peache and solace.
Gospel Choir concert at Swasey Chapel
There will be a Gospel Choir concert at Swasey Chapel at 5:30pm on December 9 on the campus of Dennison University.
Timbuk Farms to host Church Potluck
Please join Highwater Church at Timbuk Farms at 6 pm on December 10 (Sunday). There will be picture taking stations, the greenhouse will be open for Christmas shopping and Mary Miller will be providing music.
