Our annual bus day trip to a mystery location is scheduled for August 13th. We usually leave at 7:30am and return by 8:30pm. Save the date. More details, including cost, to follow.

Church picnic at Bill and Janet Goodman’s farm – 12881 Drury Rd., Johnstown. We will gather at 5:00pm and eat at 5:30pm – Table service and drinks will be provided. Bring side dishes, salads, and desserts. Bring lawn chairs and your fishing poles.

Our annual Hog Roast & Auction will be held April 5, 2025 beginning at 4:00 pm. As always, a delicious pulled pork dinner and exciting auction of items handmade by local artisans – many from our church. There will also be a raffle for several gift baskets. Please be thinking about donations for the Hog Roast auction. This is a great fundraiser for our ministries. There is a sign-up sheet in the binder in the Narthex. This is a new club at Highwater Church. In December we will meet on Tuesday, December 17 at 6:30pm.

Thursdays at Noon in the library. We are studying Reclaiming Your Joy by Lorraine Rice.

Tuesday, November 12 – 6:30pm – Book Club – “The Covenant of Water” by Abraham Verghese. Usually the club meets the first Tuesday of each month, but due to the Election, we moved the meeting out a week this month. Tuesday, December 3 – 6:00 – 7:30pm – Book Club & Author Visit: Pressed Together by Kim Garree at Janine Shipley’s home. Bring a covered dish to share. We are eating dinner together. Our next study kicks off Thursday, October 24 at Noon, and continues weekly for the next 5 weeks. We will be studying “Reclaiming Your Joy” by Lorraine Rice. This study will have us in our Bibles a lot. Come join us! All are welcome.
