Highwater Yoga Class set for February 26


Highwater Church will host a Yoga Class on February 26, from 5-6pm in the Legg Center. Class fee is $10 per person, chair options available. Contact Abby Shipley if you have questions. Please sign-up by February 19 to ensure we have enough people.

Super Bowl Tailgate set for February 12


Join Highwater Church on Sunday, February 12, at 11:30am following the Worship Service for a friendlly Super Bowl Tailgate Food Competition. Bring your favorite Tailgate food to share and enter the competition. Everyone is encouraged to wear their favorite team shirt and gear (school, college, or pro).

Night to Shine will be held February 10


Newark’s Night to Shine will be held Friday, February 10 from 6-9pm. This event is sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and is an unforgettable prom experience centered on God’s love for people with special needs, ages 14 and older. Volunteers are needed to assist with decoration, clean up, and during the actual event. You will need to arrive by 4:15 pm. Volunteers must be 16 years or older. Book Club set for November 1


Book Club will meet at Highwater Congregational Church in the Narthex at 6:30pm on Tuesday, November 1. The book we will be discussing is “Lessons on Chemistry” by Bonnie Garmus. Bring a friend.

Mystery Trip to Croton and Hartville, Ohio


Patsy Farmer and Cindy Campbell and friends took a Mystery Trip on October 1 to of all places Croton, Ohio… home of Muller Piper Organ Company. It is a family owned company in existence since 1919. They create and install new pipe organs and also restore historic pipe organs. In addition they provide rutine tuning and maitenance. From Croton, we traveled to the Hartville Thrift Shoppe, the Hartville Kitchen Restaurant & Bakery for a delicious lunch. We shopped at Hartville Market Place, the Hartville Hardware, and enjoyed a Scavenger Hunt in downtown Hartville. It was a delightful day full of
